Prices & booking conditions
The prices listed are inclusive of statutory taxes, exclusive of local taxes (€2.20 per person aged 15 and over), exclusive of final cleaning. The final cleaning is € 100 for Apartment Big Lenz (70 m²) and € 85 for Apartment Happy Valentine and Apartment Lovely Frieda (each 55 m²).
If you make a fixed reservation in writing, we ask you to make a deposit of 50% within 7 days and to pay the balance by credit card or bank transfer by the day of arrival.
Reduction for children
- Children from 4 to 10 years receive a 50% discount on the price of their stay.
- Children from 10 to 14 years receive a 25% discount on the price of the stay.
Mindestaufenthaltsdauer
- April 9 to December 24 2022 and January 7 to February 4 2023: 3 nights
- December 24 2022 to January 7 2023 and February 2 to March 4 2023: 7 nights
- March 4 2023 to December 24 2023: 3 nights
Cancellation conditions
✓ For no show we charge 100 % of the total price of the stay.
✓ For cancellations within 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % of the total amount of the stay.
✓ Cancellations within 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total amount of the stay.
✓ Cancellations within the last week before arrival we charge 90 % of the total amount of the stay!
