Current prices and booking conditions

The prices listed are inclusive of statutory taxes, exclusive of local taxes (€2.20 per person aged 15 and over), exclusive of final cleaning. The final cleaning is € 100 for Apartment Big Lenz (70 m²) and € 85 for Apartment Happy Valentine and Apartment Lovely Frieda (each 55 m²). 

If you make a fixed reservation in writing, we ask you to make a deposit of 50% within 7 days and to pay the balance by credit card or bank transfer by the day of arrival.

Reduction for children

• Children from 4 to 10 years receive a 50% discount on the price of their stay.
• Children from 10 to 14 years receive a 25% discount on the price of the stay.

✓ For no show we charge 100 % of the total price of the stay.
✓ For cancellations within 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % of the total amount of the stay.
✓ Cancellations within 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total amount of the stay.
✓ Cancellations within the last week before arrival we charge 90 % of the total amount of the stay! 
✓ The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry AGBH apply.
✓ We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in any case.

Minimum length of stay:

During the main winter season (Christmas, New Year and Carnival) a minimum stay of 7 days applies.
